UpperDeck 2003 Playball cards

Collection of cards with my illustrations on them that I did for the UpperDeck card company in 2003 for a set called Playball. It is fashioned after a set of baesball cards that came out in 1941. Backgrounds were done separately and were used on cards with player illustrations done by other artists. Illustrations were 6" x 9" on watercolor board with acrylics and Prismacolor pencils. I did a total of 48 players out of the 112 card set( two other artists were used for the rest and 10 backgrounds that were 3 card widths wide so no two backgrounds looked alike.
